Each year, some old labs are renovated and new equipment added while other new ones are added to the school infrastructures, all in a continuous drive to keep Gurukul Modern School at the fore-front of new and emerging technologies in every field.
Our School has computer labs, accessible to students with latest hardware and software. labs has 20 to 25 systems with licensed software equipped with a LCD projector for demonstration and other presentation purpose. Internet facility is provided to the students for their projects.
The School Library provides a very conducive atmosphere for reading and learning. The school library is well stocked with a rich and variedcollection of books that is the intellectual and academic heart of the school. The open shelf systems makes easily accessible. It provides a large number of periodicals and journals to the students as well as teachers to keep themselves up to date with the current developing in science, Technology and World affairs.
The class rooms is composed of several learning areas practical life, sensorial, language, maths, science and cultural subjects. The abundance of material makes it possible for the children to exercise more self-direction and independent work than is usually possible in a traditional class rooms. Classrooms are called “prepared environments” where children’s innate zeal for learning is encouraged allowing them opportunities to choose among an array of purposeful activities to work on with the guidance of trained adult.
The schools offers Sports infrastructure for the physical development of each child and is provided for a variety of sporting disciplines football, basketball, cricket, badminton etc. We have got a spacious outdoor playground for all students. We have got a huge indoor auditorium for : Table Tennis & Badminton. We are also going to offer another Indoor facilities like skating club, chess & carom.
